VALMEZZANA ALBAMARINA CILENTO FIANO
White (100% Fiano) from the Cilento region of Southern Italy. Tasting notes – essences of pear and apricot with floral notes. Juicy and mineral with balanced acidity for a long pleasing finish. Aged in stainless steel.

PIGOLAIA TIRRENI TOSCANA ROSSO
Red (70% Sangiovese – 30% Cabernet Sauvignon) from Tuscany.
Tasting notes – French oak barrel aging is evident in the vanilla and spice notes on the aroma. Body is fresh and bright, but with balanced tannic structure.

Our cider partner. We’re excited to have found a Chicago cidery making natural ciders at their orchard in Gary, Indiana. Wild fermentations. Oak aged. Naturally carbonated. No pesticides. No added sulfites.

MONUMENT
Heritage Cider
Overgrown Orchard’s flagship cider. Made from a blend of heirloom cider apples, including Cox’s Orange Pippin, Roxbury Russet, and Northern Spy, wild fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged 12 months in neutral French oak. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry. Naturally carbonated (resulting in light sediment).

GEIST
Heritage-Style Cider Aged in Pinot Nair Barrels
Made from a blend of American heirloom apples, including Arkansas Black, Black Twig, and Northern Spy, wild fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged 12 months. Unfiltered. Unpasteurized. Fermented to dry. Naturally carbonated (resulting in light sediment).
